Cox Hall Creek WMA ~ Just Ducky

Lots of ducks on the pond at Cox Hall Creek WMA these days as many other areas are frozen over.  There were a group of 18 Redheads, 24+ Ring-necked ducks, 24+ American Widegons, 10 Canada Geese and 2 Hooded Mergansers.

Sunshine Quilters ~ Super Bowl Sunday Challenge

Another year, another Super Bowl Sunday challenge to make blocks, tops or quilt the tops for our 2 charities.  Most of my tops are designated  for Wrap-A-Smile who sends them overseas to be used as recovery room covers for babies and children having cleft pallet repair.  I pieced 4 tops and a quilting angel Kathy is going to quilt them for me.  Here are the pictures of the tops.
