Common Grackles are really gorgeous whe the sun hits them though they aren't my favorite bird at my feeders but so far it's only been one to three here. Also not seen for quite a while have been American Robins. There were two robins here this morning. Spring must be coming!Common Grackle American Robin

Some Under the Sea postcards I made yesterday. I have tons of threads I've bought and have rarely used. Some I dyed myself as I dyed fabric and some I bought at quilt shows.

Snow Days ~ Birds
Some unexpected snow arrived and surprised me this mroning when I got up. We had 3" when I shoveled a path to the area where I hang the feeders on the deck. Over the next 2 hrs we received another 1-2" of snow. The birds were really busy at the feeders.
