This is the first day I've had a chance to to out looking at nature for a while. The forecast was beautiful with temperatures in the low 70's and little wind. I though I'd try a new spot to see if any butterflies were around. First, though off to Earth Day celebrations at the County Park and Zoo. Next stop was the Lizard tail Swamp where I saw some lizards, birds and butterflies. New to me were Henry Elfin's which are in the Gossamer Wings family of butterflies.
