Beth's Patch ~ Moth Eggs in the Hackberry
I found this collection of eggs on the underside of a hackberry leaf. I was hoping that they'd be either Tawny or Hackberry Emperor butterfly eggs. I watched them daily and on the 5th day they turned grayish and by evening they had all hatched. I think they were probably some type of moth but all of the eggs have disappeared. I think they all all been eaten by something as there are nowhere to be found.
