First picture - Ruddy Turnstone in breeding plummage; Second picture - Red Knots, Ruddy Turnstones and Sanderlings with all in breeding plummage. Third picture - Dunlin in breeding plummage. 
Some of the other birds depending on Horseshoe Crab eggs are Ruddy Turnstones, Sanderlings and Dunlin. All of them are shown in breeding plummage with pictures taken almost at the end of May.
