Beth's Patch ~ Northern Gannets

Each year, the Northern Gannets make the long distance migration from their wintering grounds to their summer breeding grounds.  This year they are a little earlier than I normally see them.  That's usually about April 5th to 7th and through mid-April.  Today, there was a group of hundreds of them feeding in the waters of the Delaware Bay, probably on bunker, a small bait fish.  Here are some of the pictures I was able to take.  It was an incredible sight.
