Boyce Thompson Arboretum came highly recommended as a great place to visit so when Babs, a birding pal suggested going there my first day in AZ, I was ready. Babs lives in the area and is very familiar with the park so is able to get navigate without a map and knows the best places to find birds. There is some gorgeous scenery and wonderful plantings in the park. Here are some of them.
